Stop Drug & Alcohol Addiction
Arizona, just like any other state in the US, has its ups and downs. And one of the biggest downs that most states are experiencing is substance abuse. Becoming chemically dependent on a substance is much more common than most people realize, and can happen to anyone at any time.
At A Better Today, we do our best to help everyone who is struggling through the trial of an addiction by offering many treatment options. Inpatient, intensive outpatient, transitional housing, and medically managed detox are all things we extend toward our patients. Medically managed detox is the beginning of most treatment plans, and is the time when the toxins from the substance are able to be cleansed from the body, giving one a clear mindset. Inpatient treatment allows you to live in a safe environment, and gives you access to highly educated therapists who specialize in addiction and co-occurring disorders, and will work with you to create the best therapy method for you and your personal needs. Our outpatient program meets three times a week in the evenings for group therapy, and offers you the chance to meet others who are currently going through the same sort of situation as you.
We believe that addiction is a disease of the brain, and we treat it as such. We recognize that everyone is an individual, and have individual problems and circumstances, and we work to come up with personalized plans for everyone to best help them achieve sobriety. We also offer comfortable and safe living quarters and facilities.
